Refund Conditions
Refunds may be offered under the following conditions:
The activation key has not been used.
The wrong product was delivered.
A verified technical issue prevents successful activation.
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Digital Product Disclaimer
Since we sell digital activation keys delivered electronically, once a key has been activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
